Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Assemble before first use.

First-Time Use

Using Attachments

For above-floor cleaning, detach the Lift-Away pod.

  1. Press the Lift-Away release button to detach the pod.
  2. Attach desired tool directly to the hose or to the end of the wand.
  3. Use Pet Multi-Tool for pet hair on furniture, Crevice Tool for tight spaces, Dusting Brush for shelves, Upholstery Tool for sofas and curtains.
  4. Reattach pod by aligning and pressing until it clicks into place.

Tip: Ensure the vacuum is turned off when switching attachments.

Cleaning Modes

Two primary cleaning modes: Upright mode and Lift-Away mode.

  1. Upright Mode: For floor cleaning. Use power switch and carpet height dial.
  2. Lift-Away Mode: Press release button to detach pod for portable cleaning of stairs, furniture, and ceilings.
  3. Above-Floor Cleaning: Connect wand and tools to the hose for detailed cleaning.
  4. Brushroll Control: Turn brushroll off when cleaning hard floors or delicate rugs.

WARNING! Do not use the vacuum to pick up sharp objects, which could damage the brushroll or hose.

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

Empty dust cup after each use. Wash foam and felt filters every 3 months. Replace HEPA filter every 12-18 months. Check brushroll for tangled hair and debris monthly; cut and remove with scissors. Inspect hose and wand for clogs periodically.
