Assembly & Setup

Using Attachments

Tip: For pet hair, use the motorized pet hair attachment on upholstery and stairs.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Check brushroll regularly: Remove tangled hair or debris from brushroll.
  2. Inspect hose for clogs: Detach hose and check for obstructions.
  3. Clean dust cup: Empty after each use or when full.
  4. Wash filters: Rinse HEPA filters every 3 months (allow to dry completely).
  5. Inspect power cord: Check for damage before each use.

WARNING! Unplug vacuum before performing any maintenance. Do not use damaged cords.

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty dust cup when full or after each use.

  1. Turn off and unplug vacuum.
  2. Press dust cup release button and lift cup away from body.
  3. Hold over trash can and press bottom release latch to open door.
  4. Shake gently to empty contents.
  5. Close door and reattach dust cup until it clicks securely.

CAUTION! Empty dust cup outdoors or in well-ventilated area to minimize dust exposure.

Filter Care

HEPA filters should be cleaned every 3 months.

  1. Unplug vacuum and remove dust cup.
  2. Locate filter compartments (pre-motor and post-motor).
  3. Remove filters and tap gently to remove loose dust.
  4. Rinse under cold water until water runs clear. Do not use soap.
  5. Allow filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.

Important: Never operate vacuum without filters installed. Damp filters can damage motor.
