Assembly & Setup

First-Time Use

Using Attachments

For above-floor cleaning, detach the wand or use Lift-Away mode.

  4. Turn vacuum on and press the hose trigger for boosted suction.

Tip: Store attachments on the onboard caddy for easy access.

Lift-Away Mode

Allows portable cleaning of stairs, furniture, and ceilings.

  1. Ensure vacuum is upright and powered off.
  2. Press the Lift-Away release button on the back of the canister.
  3. Lift the canister away from the floor nozzle and base.
  4. Carry the canister by its handle; the hose remains connected.
  5. Reattach by aligning the canister with the base and pressing down until it clicks.

WARNING! Do not carry by the hose. Ensure canister is securely locked before resuming upright vacuuming.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Empty Dust Cup: Press release button; empty when cup is full.
  2. Clean Filters: Rinse foam and felt filters under water every month. Air dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling.
  3. Clear Brushroll: Remove debris wrapped around brushroll using scissors or the cleaning tool.
  4. Check Hose/Nozzle: Remove clogs with a long, flexible object.
  5. Inspect Belt: Replace if stretched, cracked, or if brushroll does not spin.
