Assembly & Setup

Unpack all parts from the box. Ensure all components are present and undamaged.

  1. Insert the wand into the motor unit until it clicks into place.
  2. Attach the floor nozzle to the end of the wand. Press firmly until it clicks.
  3. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  4. For storage, hang the vacuum on the wall mount (included) using the hanger on the back of the motor unit.

WARNING! Do not use the vacuum if it appears damaged. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and feet away from openings and moving parts.

First-Time Use

Before first use, fully unwind the power cord and ensure the filters are installed.

  1. Power On: Press the POWER/SELECT button on the motor unit.
  2. Select Mode: Press the POWER/SELECT button to cycle through modes (ECO, NORMAL, MAX). The LED indicators will show the active mode.
  3. Begin Cleaning: Push the vacuum forward on your floor surface. The Clean Sense IQ light will glow blue for normal debris and red when increased suction is activated.
  4. Use MultiFLEX: To clean under furniture, step on the pedal near the floor nozzle and bend the wand. It will lock in place.

CAUTION! Ensure the dust cup and filters are installed before operating. Do not vacuum wet spills or large hard objects.

  3. For above-floor cleaning, the vacuum can be used in handheld configuration by detaching the pod from the wand.

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Empty Dust Cup: Press the Dust Cup Release button to empty into trash. Empty when debris reaches the MAX line.
  2. Clean Filters:
    • Foam Filter: Rinse with cold water every month. Air dry for 24 hours before reinstalling.
    • HEPA Filter: Tap gently to remove dust every 3 months. Do not wash. Replace every 12-18 months.
  3. Clean Brushroll: Regularly remove hair and debris wrapped around the brushroll. Press the tabs on the side of the floor nozzle to remove the brushroll cover for access.
