Cleaning Modes & Attachments

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Empty dust cup after each use or when the full indicator appears.

  3. Inspect and clear the brush roll of hair and debris weekly.
  4. Check hose and attachments for clogs periodically.

Emptying the Dust Cup

To maintain suction, empty the dust cup frequently.

  1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
  2. Press the DUST CUP RELEASE button on the main body.
  3. Hold the dust cup over a trash can and press the bottom release latch to open the door.
  4. Gently tap to remove debris. Close the door securely.
  5. Reinsert the dust cup into the vacuum until it clicks.

CAUTION! Do not use water to clean the dust cup. Empty it outdoors if cleaning fine dust or allergens.

Filter Cleaning

The vacuum uses a multi-stage filtration system: HEPA filter, foam filter, and felt filter.

  1. Unplug the vacuum. Remove the dust cup.
  2. Locate the filter compartment behind the dust cup area.
  3. Remove the HEPA filter and the pre-motor foam & felt filters.
  4. Tap filters gently to remove loose dust. Rinse the foam and felt filters under lukewarm water. Do not wash the HEPA filter.
  5. Allow all filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
  6. Reinstall filters in the correct order and replace the dust cup.

WARNING! Never operate the vacuum without all filters installed and completely dry.
