Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty dust cup when it reaches MAX fill line.

  1. Turn off and unplug vacuum.
  2. Press dust cup release button; lift cup out.
  3. Hold over trash can; press bottom latch to open door and empty contents.
  4. Close door securely; reinsert dust cup until it clicks.

CAUTION! Empty dust cup outdoors or in well-ventilated area to minimize dust exposure.

Filter Care

HEPA filter should be cleaned monthly for best performance.

  1. Remove filter: Turn filter cover knob counterclockwise; lift out filter.
  2. Clean filter: Tap gently to remove loose dust; rinse under cold water until water runs clear.
  3. Dry completely: Allow filter to air dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
  4. Reinstall: Place dry filter back into compartment; turn cover knob clockwise to lock.

Note: Do not use vacuum without filter. Replace filter every 12-18 months or as needed.
