Assembly & Setup

Unpack all parts from the box. Ensure all components are present.

  1. Attach the handle: Insert the handle into the main body until it clicks into place.

First-Time Use

Settings: Use MAX suction for deep cleaning carpets; ECO for hard floors and delicate rugs. Turn brushroll OFF when cleaning hard floors to prevent scattering debris.

Using Attachments

For above-floor cleaning, detach the Lift-Away pod or use the wand directly.

  1. Detach the pod: Press the release button and lift the pod away from the floor nozzle.
  2. Connect the wand: Insert the wand into the hose connector on the pod.
  3. Choose an attachment: Select the crevice tool, pet multi-tool, or dusting brush from the caddy.
  4. Attach to wand: Push the tool onto the end of the wand until it clicks.
  5. Clean: Use the suction control to adjust power as needed.

Tip: The pet multi-tool is ideal for removing pet hair from furniture and stairs.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Empty dust cup: When the dirt reaches the MAX line, press the release button and empty into trash.
  2. Clean filters: Remove and wash the foam and felt filters every 3 months (air dry completely).
  3. Check brushroll: Regularly remove hair and debris wrapped around the brushroll.
  4. Inspect hose and wand: Clear any clogs using a long, flexible object.
  5. Wipe exterior: Use a dry cloth to clean the vacuum body and attachments.

WARNING! Always unplug the vacuum before performing any maintenance. Do not use water on electrical parts.

Emptying Dust Cup

The no-touch emptying system minimizes contact with dirt and allergens.

  1. Press the dust cup release button on the back of the vacuum.
  2. Hold the dust cup over a trash can.
  3. Press the bottom release latch—the door will open, and dirt will fall out.
  4. Close the door securely until it clicks.
  5. Reattach the dust cup to the vacuum until it locks in place.

CAUTION! Empty the dust cup when it reaches the MAX line to maintain suction power.

Care & Storage

Store the vacuum in a cool, dry place. Wrap the cord around the cord hooks on the back.
