Assembly & Setup

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Empty dust cup: Empty after each use or when full (see section 9).
  2. Clean filters: Rinse foam and felt filters with water every month; air dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling.
  3. Clear brushroll: Remove hair and debris wrapped around the brushroll regularly; use scissors if needed.
  4. Check for clogs: If suction is weak, check hose, nozzle, and dust cup for blockages.

WARNING! Always unplug vacuum before performing any maintenance.

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty the dust cup when debris reaches the MAX fill line.

  1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
  2. Press the dust cup release button and lift the cup off the vacuum body.
  3. Hold over a trash can; press the bottom release latch to open the door—debris will fall out.
  4. Close the door firmly until it clicks; reattach the dust cup to the vacuum.

CAUTION! Empty dust cup outdoors or in a well-ventilated area to minimize dust.

Care & Storage

Store vacuum in a cool, dry place.

Wrap power cord around the cord hooks on the back of the vacuum. Store attachments in a bag or hang on a wall mount. Keep vacuum away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
