Assembly & Setup

First-Time Use

Before cleaning, perform a quick check.

  1. Clear the area: Remove large debris or obstacles from the floor.
  2. Check brushroll: Ensure it spins freely and is free of hair or string tangles.
  3. Empty dust cup: Start with an empty dust cup for optimal suction.
  4. Select mode: For carpets, use brushroll ON. For hard floors or delicate rugs, press the brushroll OFF button.
  5. Begin cleaning: Plug in, press the power button, and push vacuum forward and back in slow, overlapping strokes.

CAUTION! Do not vacuum up liquids, large hard objects, or hot ashes. Keep hair, loose clothing, and fingers away from moving parts.

Using Attachments

Detach the pod to use the vacuum as a handheld cleaner for stairs, furniture, and ceilings.

  1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
  2. Press the pod release button and lift the pod away from the main body.
  3. Choose an attachment: Connect the Crevice Tool for tight spaces, the Pet Multi-Tool for upholstery and pet hair, or the Duster Crevice Tool for dusting.
  4. Plug the vacuum back in and press the power button on the pod to begin cleaning.

Tip: For best results on upholstery, use the Pet Multi-Tool with the brush exposed.

Cleaning Modes

Two primary cleaning modes: Floor cleaning and Handheld cleaning.

  1. Floor Cleaning (Full-Size): Use for large carpeted and hard floor areas. Ensure brushroll is ON for carpets, OFF for hard floors.
  2. Handheld Cleaning (Detached Pod): Use for above-floor tasks like stairs, furniture, car interiors, and blinds.
  3. Spot Cleaning: Use the hose with an attachment for small spills or concentrated dirt areas.

WARNING! Do not use the handheld pod to vacuum water or other liquids. The vacuum is for dry pick-up only.

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures peak performance and longevity.

Emptying the Dust Cup: Press the release button, remove the dust cup, and empty contents into trash. Do not overfill.

Cleaning the Filter: Remove the HEPA filter from the dust cup every month. Rinse under cold water until water runs clear. Let air dry for at least 24 hours COMPLETELY before reinstalling.

Clearing Brushroll Blockages: Unplug vacuum. Use scissors to cut and remove hair, strings, or fibers wrapped around the brushroll. Ensure it spins freely.

Checking for Clogs: If suction is weak, check the hose, nozzle, and pod openings for blockages.

Storage

Store the vacuum in a cool, dry place.

  1. Wind the power cord securely around the built-in cord hooks.
  2. Store attachments on the unit or in a provided storage bag (if included).
  3. Stand the vacuum upright or hang it on a wall mount (sold separately) to save floor space.

CAUTION! Do not store the vacuum with a wet filter. Ensure all parts are completely dry before storage.
