Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Assemble before first use.

  1. Attach the wand: Insert the wand into the main vacuum body until it clicks into place.
  2. Attach the floor nozzle: Align the floor nozzle with the end of the wand and push until it clicks.
  3. Install filters: Ensure the pre-motor foam and felt filters and the post-motor HEPA filter are correctly seated in their compartments.
  4. Plug in the power cord: Insert the plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Ensure the vacuum is unplugged during assembly. Do not force parts together.

First-Time Use

Plug in the vacuum and turn on the power switch.

  1. Select cleaning mode: For floors, use the floor nozzle attached. For above-floor cleaning, detach the pod.
  2. Adjust suction: The vacuum adjusts automatically between carpets and hard floors. For delicate rugs, you can use the handheld mode with an attachment.
  3. Use attachments: Press the release button to detach the wand and connect desired tools (crevice tool, dusting brush).
  4. Empty dust cup: After cleaning, press the dust cup release button and empty contents into trash.

CAUTION! Do not vacuum large hard objects, liquids, or hot ashes. Keep hair, loose clothing, and fingers away from openings.

Operation: Plug in > Turn On > Clean. To switch to handheld mode, step on wand release pedal and lift pod off wand. Attach tools directly to pod.

Cleaning Modes & Attachments

Floor Cleaning: Use with floor nozzle attached. Above-Floor Cleaning: Detach pod, attach wand and tool. Handheld Cleaning: Detach pod, attach tool directly to pod.

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty dust cup when it reaches the MAX fill line.

  1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
  2. Hold dust cup over a trash can.
  3. Press the dust cup release button and pull the cup away from the body.
  4. Press the bottom empty-release latch to open the door, allowing debris to fall out.
  5. Close the door firmly until it clicks. Reattach dust cup to vacuum until it clicks.

WARNING! Empty dust cup outdoors or in a well-ventilated area if containing fine dust. Do not use if dust cup is damaged.

Filter Maintenance

For optimal performance, clean filters regularly.

  1. Pre-motor Foam & Felt Filters: Remove every month. Rinse with cold water until water runs clear. Squeeze out excess water and air dry for 24 hours completely before reinstalling.
  2. Post-motor HEPA Filter: Remove every 3 months. Tap gently to remove loose dust. Rinse under cold water. Air dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling.

CAUTION! Never operate the vacuum without all filters installed and completely dry. Do not use soap or place in dishwasher.

Care & Storage

Unplug before any maintenance. Wipe exterior with a dry cloth. Check brushroll for tangled hair or debris regularly and cut away with scissors if needed.

Storage: Wrap cord around storage hooks. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store with dust cup full.

CAUTION! Do not immerse vacuum in water or use wet cloths on electrical parts. Keep brushroll clean of string, hair, and carpet fibers.

Troubleshooting
