Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty dust cup when it reaches the MAX fill line.

  1. Unplug vacuum.
  2. Press dust cup release button and remove dust cup from vacuum body.
  3. Hold dust cup over a trash can. Press the bottom release latch to open the door.
  4. Tap gently to empty contents. Close the door securely.
  5. Reattach dust cup to vacuum until it clicks into place.

CAUTION! Do not overfill dust cup. Empty after each use for best suction.

Filter Cleaning

Clean filters regularly to maintain suction power.

Pre-Motor Foam Filter: Located behind the dust cup. Rinse with cold water every month. Air dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling. Post-Motor Felt Filter: Located at the back of the vacuum. Tap to remove dust. Do not wash; replace every 12-18 months or as needed.
