Assembly & Setup

Unpack all parts from the box. Ensure all components are present.

  1. Attach the wand: Insert the wand into the floor nozzle until it clicks securely.
  2. Connect the handheld pod: Insert the top of the wand into the handheld pod until it clicks.
  3. Attach the hose: Connect the hose to the front of the handheld pod.
  4. Attach desired tool: Click a cleaning tool (e.g., crevice tool) into the end of the hose or wand.
  5. Plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Ensure the vacuum is unplugged during assembly. Check all connections are secure before use.

First-Time Use

Before first use, ensure filters are installed correctly.

  1. Check filters: Ensure the HEPA filter is installed in the dust cup lid and the pre-motor filter is in place.
  2. Select mode: For floors, use the stick configuration. For above-floor cleaning, detach the handheld pod.
  3. Power on: Press the POWER button. Use the brushroll switch to turn the brushroll on for carpets or off for hard floors.
  4. Adjust suction: The vacuum automatically adjusts suction based on floor type. No manual adjustment is needed.

CAUTION! Do not use on wet surfaces. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and feet away from openings and moving parts.

Cleaning Modes & Attachments

Use the appropriate mode and tool for each cleaning task.

  1. Floor Cleaning (Stick Mode): Use the full assembly with floor nozzle attached.
  2. Above-Floor Cleaning: Detach handheld pod from wand. Attach desired tool (dusting brush, upholstery tool) to hose.
  3. Handheld Mode: Detach floor nozzle and wand. Use handheld pod with hose and a small attachment for tight spaces.
  4. Under Furniture: Attach the under-appliance wand to the hose for low-clearance areas.
  5. Pet Hair: Use the pet multi-tool on upholstery and stairs.

Tip: Turn off the brushroll when cleaning area rugs or delicate hard floors to prevent scattering debris.

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty the dust cup when it reaches the MAX fill line.

  1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
  2. Hold the vacuum over a trash can. Press the dust cup release button on the handheld pod.
  3. Lift the dust cup out. Press the bottom empty-release latch to open the door, allowing debris to fall out.
  4. Close the door firmly until it clicks. Reinsert the dust cup into the pod until it clicks securely.

WARNING! Always unplug the vacuum before emptying the dust cup. Do not use if the dust cup is not properly seated.

Maintenance & Filter Care

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and suction.

Pre-Motor Filters (Foam & Felt): Rinse with cold water every month. Allow to air dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling.

HEPA Filter: Tap gently to remove dust every month. Replace every 12-18 months under normal use. Do not wash the HEPA filter.

Brushroll Care: Regularly remove hair and debris wrapped around the brushroll. Use scissors to cut and remove strands if necessary.

Check for Clogs: If suction is reduced, check the hose, wand, nozzle, and dust cup for blockages.
