Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Assemble before first use.

  1. Attach handle: Insert the handheld pod into the top of the floor nozzle until it clicks securely.
  2. Connect hose: Ensure the hose is properly seated between the pod and nozzle.
  3. Install filters: Remove pre-motor and post-motor filters from packaging, rinse under water, and let dry completely for 24 hours before inserting into vacuum.
  4. Plug into AC power outlet.

WARNING! Ensure vacuum is unplugged during assembly. Do not use wet filters.

First-Time Use

Ensure filters are completely dry. Plug in vacuum and turn on.

  1. Select floor setting: Use brushroll ON for carpets, OFF for hard floors or delicate rugs.
  2. Begin vacuuming: Push vacuum forward and back in slow, overlapping strokes.
  3. Switch to handheld mode: Press release button to detach pod and attach desired tool.
  4. Empty dust cup: Press release button and empty when full or after each use.

Cleaning Modes & Attachments

Tip: For best results on carpets, make several passes in different directions.

Emptying & Cleaning the Dust Cup

Empty dust cup when debris reaches MAX fill line or after each use.

  1. Turn off and unplug vacuum.
  2. Press dust cup release button and lift cup away from pod.
  3. Hold over trash can and press bottom latch to open door, allowing debris to fall out.
  4. Close door and reattach dust cup until it clicks.
  5. For thorough cleaning, rinse dust cup with water and let dry completely before reuse.

WARNING! Always unplug vacuum before emptying. Do not use if dust cup is damaged.

Maintenance & Filter Care

For optimal performance, clean filters every month and as needed.

  1. Pre-motor filters (foam and felt): Rinse under lukewarm water until water runs clear. Squeeze out excess water and air dry for 24 hours.
  2. Post-motor HEPA filter: Tap gently to remove loose dust. Rinse only if specified; otherwise, replace every 12-18 months.
  3. Check brushroll: Regularly remove hair and debris wrapped around brushroll. Use scissors if necessary.

CAUTION! Filters must be completely dry before reinserting. Do not operate vacuum without filters.
