Assembly & Setup

Maintenance & Cleaning

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty dust cup when it reaches MAX fill line.

  1. Turn off and unplug vacuum.
  2. Press dust cup release button to remove cup from pod.
  3. Hold over trash can; press bottom release latch to open door and empty contents.
  4. Close door securely and reattach dust cup to pod until it clicks.

CAUTION! Empty dust cup outdoors or in well-ventilated area to minimize dust exposure.

Filter Care

HEPA filter and pre-motor filter require regular cleaning.

  1. Unplug vacuum and remove dust cup.
  2. Access filters: HEPA filter located behind dust cup; pre-motor filter may be in pod.
  3. Clean filters: Tap gently to remove dust; rinse with cold water if washable (allow to dry completely for 24 hours).
  4. Reinstall filters only when completely dry.
