Assembly & Setup

First-Time Use

Before first use, perform a quick check of all components.

Using Lift-Away Mode

Detach the pod for cleaning stairs, furniture, and above-floor areas.

  1. Ensure vacuum is turned OFF.
  2. Press the Lift-Away release button on the main body.
  3. Lift the pod away from the floor nozzle and base.
  4. Use the hose, wand, and desired attachment for cleaning.
  5. To reattach, align the pod with the base and push down until it clicks.

Tip: The pod can be carried by its handle or set down on a stable surface during use.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Empty dust cup: Press release button, remove cup, and empty contents into trash. Reinstall.
  2. Clean filters: Remove pre-motor and HEPA filters every month. Rinse with cold water and air dry for 24 hours completely before reinstalling.
  3. Check brushroll: Regularly remove debris wrapped around brushroll ends. The Zero-M technology reduces hair wrap, but periodic checking is advised.
  4. Inspect hose and attachments: Clear any blockages to maintain suction.

WARNING! Always unplug the vacuum before performing any maintenance. Do not use filters until completely dry.

Brushroll & Filter Care

Zero-M Brushroll: Designed to self-clean. For stubborn debris, turn off vacuum, unplug, and use scissors to cut and remove any wrapped material. Do not submerge brushroll in water.

Filters: Two filters (foam and felt HEPA). Wash monthly under cold running water. Do not use detergents. Air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. Never operate vacuum without filters.

Storage & Care

Unplug cord and wrap securely around cord hooks. Store vacuum in a cool, dry place. To avoid damage, do not store with heavy objects on top.
