  1. Ensure the vacuum is upright and powered OFF.
  2. Locate the Lift-Away release button, usually on the back of the pod.
  3. Press and hold the release button.
  4. Lift the pod (containing the motor and dust cup) away from the floor nozzle and base.

WARNING! Do not lift the vacuum by the hose or wand. Always use the designated handle.

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures peak performance and longevity.

  1. Empty Dust Cup Frequently: Press the release button to remove the dust cup. Empty contents into trash. Do not overfill.
  2. Clean Filters Monthly: Remove foam and felt filters. Rinse under lukewarm water until water runs clear. Let air dry for AT LEAST 24 hours completely before reinstalling.
  3. Clear Brushroll Entanglement: Turn off and unplug. Use scissors to carefully cut and remove hair, strings, or fibers wrapped around the brushroll.
  4. Check for Blockages: If suction is lost, check the hose, wand, nozzle, and dust cup inlet for clogs.
  5. Inspect Belt (if applicable): Periodically check the drive belt for wear or damage and replace if necessary.

CAUTION! Never use the vacuum without all filters installed and completely dry. Do not immerse the main body, motor, or electrical parts in water.
