Specifications

Controls and Modes

Main controls located on the handle and pod. Handle: POWER button, RELEASE button. Pod: POWER button, mode indicator lights.

Cleaning Modes: Eco (extended run time), Normal (balanced cleaning), Max (maximum suction for tough messes).

Matrix Clean Mode: Engages concentrated suction in a focused area; activate by holding the floor nozzle over a spot and pressing the mode button twice.

LED Indicators: Battery status (green=charged, red=low, flashing=charging).

Using Attachments

Attach tools to the handheld pod or flexible wand for above-floor cleaning.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is off.
  2. Press the RELEASE button to detach the pod from the main unit.
  3. Select the desired attachment (crevice tool, dusting brush, etc.) and press it onto the pod's nozzle until it clicks.
  4. Turn on the pod and clean surfaces like upholstery, stairs, ceilings, or inside vehicles.

Tip: Use the dusting brush for delicate surfaces and the crevice tool for tight spaces.

Cleaning Modes & Techniques

Optimize cleaning for different surfaces.

  1. Hard Floors: Use Normal mode; the soft brushroll will pick up fine debris.
  2. Carpets: Use Normal or Max mode; the PowerFins brushroll will dig deep into carpet fibers.
  3. Area Rugs: Use Normal mode; ensure rug edges are flat to avoid suction loss.
  4. Spot Cleaning (Matrix Mode): Hover over a concentrated mess, activate Matrix mode for intensified suction.
  5. Above-Floor: Detach pod with appropriate attachment; use Eco or Normal mode to conserve battery.

WARNING! Do not run over power cords or loose objects. Turn off before changing attachments.

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Empty dust cup after each use or when full.
  2. Clean filters monthly: Remove foam and felt filters; rinse with water only; air dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling.
  3. Clear brushroll: Regularly check and remove any wrapped hair or debris from the brushroll. The self-cleaning feature reduces but may not eliminate all wraps.
  4. Inspect for blockages: Check wand, hose, and nozzle if suction decreases.
  5. Wipe exterior: Use a dry cloth to clean the vacuum body.

CAUTION! Do not use the vacuum without filters installed. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly.

Battery & Charging

The Lithium-Ion battery is not user-replaceable.

  1. Charging: Place vacuum on dock; ensure contacts connect. Indicator light will glow red while charging, green when full.
  2. Run Time: Approximately 60 minutes in Eco, 30 minutes in Normal, 15 minutes in Max mode (estimates).
  3. Battery Care: For storage, charge fully and store in a cool, dry place. Use the vacuum regularly for best battery health.
  4. Low Battery: Indicator flashes red; place on charger. The vacuum will automatically shut off if battery is depleted.

WARNING! Use only the provided charging dock and adapter. Do not attempt to disassemble the battery.
