Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place the Self-Emptying Base on a level, hard surface against a wall, with at least 3 feet of clearance on each side and 5 feet in front.

  1. Install Side Brushes: Snap the two side brushes onto the bottom of the robot.
  2. Charge the Robot: Place the robot on the charging contacts in the base. Ensure the power cord is plugged into the base and a wall outlet.
  3. Install the Filter: Remove the dustbin from the robot, open the lid, and insert the filter.
  4. Prepare the Area: Clear floor of loose wires, cords, and small objects.

WARNING! The base is heavy; lift with care. Ensure the base is on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.

First-Time Use

Fully charge the robot before first use (approx. 6 hours).

  1. Initial Charge: Leave the robot on the dock until the indicator light is solid blue.
  2. Download the App: Search for "SharkClean" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Cleaning Modes & Scheduling

WARNING! Do not run the robot over large debris, liquids, or pet waste. Pick up loose cords.

Self-Emptying Base

The base automatically empties the robot's dustbin after most cleaning jobs.

  1. Operation: When the robot docks, the base will activate and empty the contents into its large bin.
  2. Emptying the Base: When the "Bin Full" indicator lights, lift the lid, remove the bin, and empty it into the trash. The filter is reusable—tap it clean over a trash can.
  3. Maintenance: Wipe the interior of the base with a dry cloth. Do not wash the filter with water.

Note: The base can hold about 30 days of debris for an average home.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug the base before performing maintenance.
