Unpacking & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place Clean Base on a level surface against a wall.

  1. Remove protective films and tapes from robot and accessories.
  2. Install side brushes by pressing onto the pins under the robot.
  3. Place Clean Base in an open area with at least 3 feet clearance on each side and 5 feet in front.
  4. Plug Clean Base into a wall outlet. Ensure power switch on the base is ON.
  5. Charge the robot fully before first use (approx. 4-6 hours).

WARNING! Keep robot and base away from stairs, heaters, and direct sunlight. Do not place on uneven surfaces.

First-Time Use

Fully charge robot, then perform initial setup.

  1. Power on robot using the physical button or app.
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi via SharkClean app (see App Setup section).
  3. Allow robot to map your home by starting a whole-home cleaning cycle.
  4. Set up no-go zones or selective room cleaning in the app after mapping is complete.
  5. Insert bag into Clean Base if not pre-installed.
