Unpacking & Setup

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place Clean Base™ on a level surface against a wall.

  1. Install side brushes: Snap onto bottom of robot.
  2. Charge the robot: Place robot on Clean Base™ charging contacts; ensure power cord is plugged in.
  3. Connect Clean Base™: Plug power adapter into outlet and Clean Base™.
  4. Prepare your home: Clear floor of obstacles, cords, and small objects.
  5. Install boundary strips: Place strips to block off areas you don't want cleaned.

WARNING! Keep robot and Clean Base™ away from stairs and wet areas to prevent falls and damage.

First-Time Use

Fully charge robot before first use (approx. 4 hours).

  1. Power on: Ensure robot is seated on Clean Base™ and charging.
  2. Download SharkClean app: Available on iOS and Android.
  3. Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow in-app instructions to connect robot to your home network.
  4. Initial mapping run: Press DOCK/CLEAN button to start first cleaning; robot will map your home.
  5. Name your map: Use app to label rooms after mapping is complete.
