Unpacking & Assembly

Unpack all contents and inspect for damage. Assemble on a flat, stable surface.

  1. Attach the handle: Align the handle with the main body and push down until it clicks into place.
  2. Install the dust cup: Slide the dust cup into the rear slot until it locks.
  3. Attach the hose: Connect the hose to the front port on the vacuum body.
  4. Attach the floor nozzle: Align the floor nozzle with the bottom of the vacuum and click into place.
  5. Store attachments: Hang the provided attachments on the storage hooks on the back of the vacuum.

WARNING! Ensure the vacuum is unplugged during assembly. Handle with care to avoid pinching fingers.

First-Time Setup

Plug in the vacuum and perform initial checks.

  1. Check suction: Turn on the vacuum and ensure suction is present at the floor nozzle.
  2. Test brushroll: Engage the brushroll and verify it spins freely.
  3. Test Lift-Away mode: Press the release button to detach the pod and ensure the hose provides suction.

Using Attachments

Attachments connect to the end of the hose for above-floor cleaning.

  1. Detach the hose: Press the hose release button on the vacuum body.
  2. Select attachment: Choose the appropriate tool for the cleaning task.
  3. Connect attachment: Push the attachment onto the end of the hose until it clicks.
  4. Clean: Turn on the vacuum and use the attachment on upholstery, stairs, crevices, etc.
  5. Store: After use, hang the attachment back on the storage hooks.

Tip: Use the Pet Multi-Tool for pet hair on furniture, the Crevice Tool for tight spaces, and the Dusting Brush for delicate surfaces.

Cleaning Modes & Operation

Supports upright floor cleaning and Lift-Away portable cleaning.

  1. Upright Floor Cleaning: Ensure the floor nozzle is attached. Turn on the power. The vacuum will automatically adjust suction and brushroll based on floor type. Push and pull across floors and carpets.
  2. Lift-Away Mode: Press the Lift-Away release button to detach the pod. Carry the pod and use the hose with attachments to clean above-floor areas like stairs, furniture, and ceilings.
  3. Brushroll Control: Turn the brushroll OFF when cleaning hard floors or delicate rugs to prevent scattering debris.
  4. Suction Control: Use the dial on the handle to reduce suction for delicate fabrics or increase it for deep carpet cleaning.
  5. Emptying the Dust Cup: Press the dust cup release button, remove the cup, and empty contents into trash. Reinstall until it clicks.

WARNING! Do not vacuum up liquids, large hard objects, or hot ashes. Do not use on wet surfaces.

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Empty Dust Cup: Empty after each use or when the full indicator appears.
  2. Clean Filters: Remove and rinse the HEPA filter and pre-motor filter every 3 months. Allow to dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling.
  3. Check Brushroll: Regularly remove hair and debris wrapped around the brushroll. Use scissors to cut and remove tangled fibers.
  4. Inspect Hose & Attachments: Clear any clogs from the hose or attachment openings.
  5. Store Properly: Wrap the power cord around the storage hooks and store in a dry place.

CAUTION! Always unplug the vacuum before performing any maintenance. Do not operate with wet filters.
