Controls and Settings

Main controls located on the handle.

Power Button: Turns the vacuum ON/OFF. Mode Selector: Switches between CARPET, HARD FLOOR, and MAX suction modes. Brushroll On/Off: Button to engage or disengage the brushroll for delicate rugs or hard floors. Wand Release: Button to detach the wand for above-floor cleaning. Dust Cup Release: Button to empty the dust cup.

LED indicators show power status and mode. The MAX mode provides maximum suction for deep cleaning but may reduce run time.

Using Attachments

For above-floor cleaning, detach the wand.

  1. Press the wand release button and pull the wand and hose from the vacuum body.
  2. Choose an attachment: Crevice Tool (for tight spaces), Upholstery Tool (for sofas and stairs), Dusting Brush (for shelves and blinds).
  3. Click the attachment onto the end of the wand or hose.
  4. Turn on the vacuum. Suction is automatically directed to the attachment.

Tip: For best results on upholstery, use the upholstery tool with the brush exposed.

Cleaning Modes

Optimize cleaning for different surfaces.

  1. CARPET Mode: Default setting. Brushroll spins for agitating and lifting dirt from carpets.
  2. HARD FLOOR Mode: Brushroll speed is reduced. Ideal for bare floors and area rugs to prevent scattering debris.
  3. MAX Mode: Provides maximum suction power for deep cleaning or high-pile carpets. Use intermittently.
  4. Brushroll Off: Manually turn off the brushroll for cleaning delicate rugs or hard floors where you want suction-only cleaning.

WARNING! Do not use the CARPET mode on hard floors as it may scatter debris. Always turn off the vacuum before changing modes.

Maintenance & Care

Regular maintenance ensures peak performance.

Emptying the Dust Cup: Press the release button and lift out the dust cup. Empty contents into trash. Reinsert until it clicks.
Cleaning the Filters: Remove foam and felt filters every month. Rinse with cold water only. Let air dry for 24 hours COMPLETELY before reinstalling.
Clearing Brushroll Blockages: Turn vacuum over. Use scissors or the cleaning tool to cut and remove hair or fibers wrapped around the brushroll.
Checking for Clogs: If suction is weak, check the hose, wand, and air paths for blockages.

CAUTION! Always unplug the vacuum before performing any maintenance. Do not use the vacuum without dry filters installed.
