Assembly & Setup

First-Time Use

Before first use, ensure all parts are properly assembled and the dust cup is empty.

Tip: For best pet hair removal, use the pet multi-tool with brush roll on.

Lift-Away Mode

Enables portable cleaning of stairs, furniture, and above-floor areas.

  1. Detach pod: Press the release button on the back of the vacuum and lift the pod away from the floor nozzle.
  2. Use handheld: Carry the pod by its handle; the hose and wand remain connected.
  3. Reattach: Place the pod back onto the floor nozzle until it clicks into place.

WARNING! Ensure the pod is securely attached before using in upright mode to prevent tipping.
